Given my background, I have seen workers’ compensation claims develop since the initial 801 form was completed. I know that every claim and claimant is different – but every claim requires a detail-oriented approach to ensure the facts of the claim are fully developed. To achieve this, my focus is client communication and collaboration while we focus on achieving a positive outcome for each claim.
Kolbi E. TrebbienSenior Associate She/Her
Kolbi Trebbien is a litigation associate in the firm’s Oregon practice group. Prior to joining Reinisch Wilson PC, she worked for at a small law firm for nearly five years, practicing employment law, OSHA, and workers’ compensation defense for Oregon & Washington employers.
Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Kolbi graduated from Oregon State University. After completing her undergraduate studies, she worked in Human Resources and Corporate Safety. After she realized she was tired of passing off employee related matters and workers’ compensation claims to attorneys, she decided to fulfill a lifelong dream and attend law school. Given her human resources and corporate safety background, it was a natural transition for her to begin practicing workers’ compensation law.
