Brooklyn Johnson is an associate attorney in the Oregon workers’ compensation practice group. Before joining the firm, Brooklyn attended the University of Oregon School of Law, receiving their Juris Doctor in 2024 with a concentration in Environmental and Natural Resources. Brooklyn earned their bachelor’s degree from New York University in 2021, majoring in Environmental Studies and minoring in American Studies.
During law school, Brooklyn worked as a legal extern for the Coalition of Oregon Land Trusts, collaborated on an alternative legal publication titled Advancing Discourses on Inequity and Society, and found peace as a law library student assistant.

Brooklyn is originally from Southern Arizona and moved to Oregon for law school. In their free time, Brooklyn enjoys binging reality TV shows, playing video games on their Nintendo Switch, and crafting. Their artistic pursuits include printmaking, embroidery, painting, drawing, and making silly zines for their friends. Brooklyn also enjoys attending local music shows in their community and trying new craft beers. Brooklyn and their partner Samantha met during law school, and together they enjoy fawning over their cat, Poncho.
