Brad Jones-McCreary has been living in the Pacific Northwest since 2012, but is originally from Houston, TX. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston in 2010 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 2013, spending his final semester at Seattle University School of Law.
Brad started his career in law representing state fund and self-insured employers across Washington as the in-house attorney for a third-party administrator. Since then, he has worked as a trial attorney for a major national insurance provider and spent over six years as the in-house counsel for a Washington state agency covering school districts across the Puget Sound region.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys photography, gardening, weightlifting, and spending time with his husband on their property in the Washington North Cascades with their pug, Theodore. He has been to 36 of 63 US National Parks and is working on visiting all the Canadian National Parks as well.
