Our Wage Garnishment and Collections practice is ending

Beginning September 1, 2021, Reinisch Wilson Weier PC will no longer accept new individual Wage Garnishment/Collections for Overpayment requests. The firm has decide to cease this legal practice.

What does that mean for existing garnishments underway? We will continue to handle these to their conclusion.

Should you have an overpayment issue for a workers’ compensation claim that the firm is already handling, we will gladly assist with the overpayment collection.

We will continue to vigorously defend litigated workers’ compensation claims in Washington and in Oregon, as we have since 1983.
