I place an emphasis on giving clear, thoughtful advice; analyzing different potential outcomes and explaining the pros and cons of various defense strategies. I also think it is important to be flexible and ready to adapt to changing client needs, and great client service is built on advice specifically tailored to those needs.

Katie was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. After competing in high school and college mock trial, Katie decided she wanted to pursue a career in law. Katie attended the University of Oregon School of Law, where she earned her juris doctor. During law school she volunteered at The Commons Law Center, and later externed for the Honorable Marco Hernandez, Chief Judge of the Oregon District Court. Katie was admitted to the Oregon bar in 2020 and the Washington bar in 2021. Prior to joining Reinisch Wilson, Katie worked at a small law firm, practicing employment law, OSHA, and workers’ compensation defense for Oregon & Washington employers.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys cooking, reading and attending Timbers games.
